The 4th version displays the correct values, but the actual values are hidden to Xbox and PS3 players. This is also run under the Xbox 360 version. With that in mind, I'd like to see if they fixed the max level tempering bug as well with the official patches. So it seems that several other non-temperable weapons and armor can now be tempered as they should be. It should be said that if you get this normally then go back to get a second rubbing, you can obtain a second blade.
